The NEW Heavy Duty REVO Model R-18 HD machine is among the latest additions in the REVO line of bagging machinery. It is a Single Needle Two Thread High Speed Machine used for Heavy Materials of Jute, HDPE, PP for side stitching and hemming in making bags. 

The R-18 HD is a high speed, heavy-duty model with bearing system drive and forced feed auto oil lubrication system for very high speed operation.(up to 6,000 stitches per minute) It can be fitted on a motorized stand table arrangement, as well as a conveyor system.

In fact we were the first to pioneer Jute Bag Stitching Machinery in India. This machine is used for making Jute bags - with side over-edging, looping type of stitch done with Jute (Sutli) thread.

This type of overlocking stitch on the side - gives the bag flexibility to stretch when material is packed tightly. Hence Jute Bags are widely used for SUGAR, WHEAT, RICE, POTATO, ONIONS & Agri Products Packing.
