Polyester is the latest thing happening in Bag Stitching Thread just now. Spun Polyester Thread is high in demand for Bag stitching, as their breaking strength is far superior to cotton thread.
Also polyester has a better finish in thread winding - hence the same amount of thread can form a tighter roll - thus decreasing the roll weight in the machine.
